Great but problems

I love this app and upload almost all my videos to YouTube. (my YouTube channel is SteveySmile)
But theres these lines that appear on my screen. This can cover some of my screen or all of my screen. Its very rare for these lines not to appear on my screen. I sent them an email 3 times about it and they always send back the same thing. Overall this app isnt bad. I think Im the only one who has this problem. The only thing I dont recommend is when I email them a problem they usually email the same things. This app is worth getting.
